1.1Agreement by Use

6.1Bet Acceptance

Bets placed with funds obtained through bonus abuse are void.

6.2Game Outcomes

8.2Chargebacks

9.1Platform Availability

333cb makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or technical fault. We reserve the right to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333cb shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruption of service. In the event of a service interruption during a live bet or game round, 333cb will use reasonable endeavours to settle affected bets fairly.

9.2Indirect Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333cb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from or connected with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any financial loss not directly caused by a proven fault on the part of 333cb. 10.2Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any one provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.
